What if I need multiple phone lines?
Each Violet handles one phone number. If you need multiple lines (different departments, multiple locations, overflow capacity), each additional Violet is $149/month. Volume discounts available for 5+ lines.
Do I need to provide a credit card for the free trial?
Yes. We require a credit card to start your trial, but you won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the 14-day trial and you pay nothing.
How much does customization cost?
